Problem Statement

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) face the "forgetting curve": 70% of training information is lost within 24 hours. Traditional LMSs are too complex, expensive, and take weeks to create content. Companies lacked a tool that would ensure knowledge retention without administrative overhead while maintaining full data privacy.

Architectural Solution

We built a reactive microservices architecture to ensure high availability for thousands of concurrent microlearning sessions.

Key components:

  1. AIP Adaptive Engine: A service-level algorithm based on a modified SuperMemo for dynamically calculating repetition intervals.
  2. AI-Transformer Pipeline: Integration with LLMs via asynchronous adapters for parsing PDF/PPT files and automatically generating quiz questions.
  3. Isolation Layer: "Shared Database, Separate Schema" PostgreSQL architecture to guarantee full data isolation for SMB clients.
  4. Mobile-First Core: Lightweight frontend built with Vue 3, optimized for frontline employees, working reliably even under unstable network conditions.
